14 days to change your mind
If a pair is not right, you have 14 days from the day you receive it to return or exchange it. Shoes must be unworn, in their original condition and in their original box.
How to return
Email us at contact@asterfordshoes.com with your order number and let us know whether you would like a refund or a different size. We will send you the return instructions and label. UK exchanges are free.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us and has been checked, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your shoes arrive damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will put it right.
